In celebration of the beginning of fall we learned about apples and Johnny Appleseed during the month of September. We learned about the seasons of an apple tree, made homemade applesauce and completed various math activities (graphing, counting & measuring) with different types of apples.
Mr. Donnie, a farmer from Circle S farms, visited our school on Tuesday to share with us the most important thing on his farm. Ask your child to share with you what this important thing was and what they learned from Mr. Donnie.
A special thank you to all the dads who visited our classroom for Donuts with Dad.
